Probiotic Keto Chocolate Chia Pudding

So without further ado, here is the probiotic keto chocolate chia pudding:

Ingredients

1/2 cup Living Chia with probiotics
2 scoops MCT Oil Powder, vanilla flavor
2 cans full fat coconut milk (13.5 oz each)
2 tablespoons organic cacao powder
1 tablespoon keto sweetener
2 tablespoons sprouted organic almonds
2 tablespoons organic cacao nibs
Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Using a whisk, spatula, or spoon to thoroughly mix until well combined.
  3. Distribute half of mixture in to separate mason jars with lids.
  4. Top each jar of pudding with 1 tablespoon of almonds and 1 tablespoon of cacao nibs.
  5. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
