					<description><![CDATA[My husband &#038; I have been on the Keto Zone Lifestyle for about 3 wks now after reading the book &#038; watching Dr. Colbert on KCM.  We have been following the recipes in his book, but still have not gotten into ketosis.  We both have lost 5-10 pounds but are tired of being in the keto flu --being very tired &#038; sometimes sick to the stomach.  We are on digestive enzymes &#038; are taking the MCT oil as prescribed.  We are watching our carbs, but not sure the number in the recipes in the book.  I find it difficult calculating our carb intake.  Any help you can give me?  Health issues are more of a concern for us than the weight loss.  We are both on medications for heart issues / blood pressure &#038; pray that we will be able to get off these in time on this program.  Thank you Dr. Colbert for your awesome book!!]]></description>
