Decided to make another adding spinach in the meet, for a keto friendly vegtable, and bake the cauliflower, as part of the feedback I received. Reading through the ingredients for a shopping list I realized there is onion powder which I haven’t stocked for quite awhile. I wondered what I’d substituted but then realized the instructions never mention adding onion powder. Seems fine with grass-fed beef without the onion powder, or was this meant for the cauliflower? Good regardless.

I believe it’s another name for soy sauce. May be gluten free and healthier then the traditional soy sauce
