Ranch Dressing Keto

If you love ranch dressing then today is your lucky day!

You now have a keto-friendly dip for your celery and carrot sticks.

Most commercially available ranch is packed full of suspicious preservatives, toxic oils, and added sugars.

Definitely not keto friendly!

But thankfully making your own healthy ranch is easy and fun with this quick and delicious recipe!


1/4 cup organic/grass-fed sour cream
1/4 cup organic/grass-fed heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup healthy mayonnaise (no canola or soy oil)
2 medium organic green onions, minced
1 clove organic garlic, minced
3 tablespoons organic parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon organic dill, chopped
2 tablespoon organic lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 teaspoon organic paprika
Sea salt, to taste
Organic black pepper, to taste



  1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. May be served immediately or can be stored refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
  4. Enjoy!
