I have been on the keto zone diet for 17 months. I had a colonoscopy today and the doctor found a big polyp (his words). I’m waiting for the results of the pathologist. In the interim, I did some research on what caused polyps in the colon. The research from several different sources included high fat diets as one of the reasons polyps form in the colon. Dr. Colbert, will you or someone from your team that is qualified, address this issue since the keto zone diet is a high fat diet?
