Cover. Allow to set at room temperature overnight or ~12 hours. Strain twice using a coffee filter, a fine mesh sieve or a sieve lined with cheesecloth: This is your coffee concentrate. It can be kept in the fridge, covered for up to 2 weeks. If you like strong coffee, you can use as is. Otherwise, dilute 1:1 with water, or to taste.</li>
