<p>They are loaded with heart healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals.</p>
<p>In fact, avocados are one of the best sources of potassium which is an important electrolyte mineral for those on a keto diet.</p>
<p>And one of the most delicious ways to eat avocado is by making <strong>guacamole!</strong></p>
<p>Guacamole can be added as a side to almost any meal or just eaten on its own as a delicious keto snack.</p>

<h2>Ingredients</h2>
<p>2-3 ripe organic avocados, mashed<br />
1 tablespoon organic garlic powder<br />
1/2 tablespoon organic onion powder<br />
1 tablespoon organic lime juice or apple cider vinegar<br />
1/2 teaspoon sea salt<br />
1/4 cup organic cilantro, chopped</p>

<h2>Instructions</h2>
<p>Mash up the avocado. Make sure your avocado is ripe as it won’t make very good guacamole otherwise.<br />
Mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder (optional).<br />
Squeeze in the fresh lime juice and finely chopped cilantro.<br />
Mix everything together really well. Add salt to taste and serve.</p>
