<p><strong>Salmon:</strong></p>
<p>4 fillets wild-caught salmon, skin-on<br />
1 teaspoon sea salt<br />
1/2 teaspoon organic black pepper, ground<br />
2 tablespoons organic olive oil</p>
<p><strong>Guacamole:</strong></p>
<p>2 organic avocados, ripe<br />
1/2 organic red onion, chopped<br />
1 organic lime, juiced<br />
1 tablespoon organic olive oil<br />
1 teaspoon sea salt<br />
1/2 teaspoon organic black pepper, ground</p>
<h2>Instructions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 425°F.</li>
<li>Rub salmon with olive oil liberally on both sides.</li>
<li>Season salmon with salt and pepper.</li>
<li>Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.</li>
<li>Place salmon, skin-side-down, on the baking tray.</li>
<li>Put tray in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.</li>
<li>As salmon is baking, combine guacamole ingredients in a large bowl.</li>
<li>Mash together guacamole ingredients until it reaches desired consistency.</li>
<li>Once salmon is finished cooking, remove from oven.</li>
<li>Distribute salmon fillets on 4 plates and top with guacamole.</li>
<li>Serve and enjoy!</li>

<p>Guacamole can be added as a side to almost any meal or just eaten on its own as a delicious keto snack.</p>

<p>2-3 ripe organic avocados, mashed<br />
1 tablespoon organic garlic powder<br />
1/2 tablespoon organic onion powder<br />
1 tablespoon organic lime juice or apple cider vinegar<br />
1/2 teaspoon sea salt<br />
1/4 cup organic cilantro, chopped</p>

<h2>Instructions</h2>
<p>Mash up the avocado. Make sure your avocado is ripe as it won’t make very good guacamole otherwise.<br />
Mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder (optional).<br />
Squeeze in the fresh lime juice and finely chopped cilantro.<br />
Mix everything together really well. Add salt to taste and serve.</p>
