    This book has a lot of great information on how to lose weight by doing a Keto diet. My husband and I have been on this diet almost two months and this book has helped us a lot. This book is easy to follow and has some great recipes in it as well that are easy to follow.

    My grandson went on this diet and I wanted to understand how it works. I have read several other books and this one was the most clear and concise. Dr. Colbert explained some things in more detail that were glossed over in the other books. I would recommend this book for anyone wanting a clearer picture of the diet’s working and the benefits.
    He has lost over 60 pounds, and greatly improved his glucose numbers in less than 3 months on this diet and has benefited from the info given here.

    While reading book started making menus in book and lost 7 lbs in 6 days followed that up with urine test strips to verify I was in the keto zone thank you dieted my whole life this is best never hungry and weight drops daily. Can’t wait to do blood colesteral test in few months

    This is the best book on the market for information on the Keto diet. I bought several others and searched the web before I ordered this book. I should have purchased this one first for it has all the information I needed in one book. I could have saved myself some money and time. I cannot speak highly enough about this book.     Oh yeah, this plan works! I have avoided dieting for a couple of decades because I never believed in any of the programs out there. This is good not only to take off the extra pounds and keep them off, but as general sensible nourishment. It’s also very easy to follow, no starving or limiting food to just a couple of key items while calling the rest “fat foods”. If you are a Christian, I recommend going to the BVOV website back to the Feb-Mar 2018 timeframe and watching Dr. Colbert discuss this plan with K. Copeland. It adds a whole other dimension.

    God-send, literally!! I have finally found a diet where I can still drink coffee and heavy cream!! Yay!! Some days I miss sugar, but I don’t miss the gross feeling it leaves me with and the guilt as I regress away from my goals, once again. I have made several recipes in his book and am loving it! This is a lifestyle of eating that is definitely doable. Lots of resources for you out there, including and starting with this book! Read it! It gives you a doctor’s perspective. He’s done lots and lots of research and has seen his patients lose SO MUCH WEIGHT, while reversing major diseases and getting their lives back! Let’s go!

    Lots of really good information in here for those of us beginning the Keto way of life. I appreciate the explanations of how and why the Keto Diet works. At first, I wondered if Dr. Colbert was just jumping on the keto bandwagon because it was a “new thing,” but after reading this book I see that he put years of research and study into what Keto living is all about and the benefits. He did his research and he explains the lengths he went to to make sure it was a good thing for his patients. This book settled any doubts I had about the safety and effectiveness of a ketogenic lifestyle. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to know more about “how and why” keto is the way to go.
