2 organic/pasture-raised eggs
1 cup organic cheese, shredded
1/2 cup organic heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons grass-fed butter, melted
2 cups blanched almond flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped



  1. Preheat your oven to 375 F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk eggs until well combined.
  3. Add in the cream and butter and continue to whisk until a smooth consistency is reached.
  4. Add in the almond flour, sea salt, and rosemary and mix well.
  5. Gently fold in the shredded cheese and mix until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  6. Grease a baking tray or cover it with parchment paper.
  7. Divide dough into 12 equal portions.
  8. Place each portion on to the baking tray and gently press down
  9. Leave about an inch  of space between biscuits as they tend to spread as they bake.
  10. Place in oven and bake for 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
  13. Store biscuits in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
