12 large organic mushrooms
1/2 pound organic ground turkey
2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
3/4 cups organic cream cheese
1/4 cup organic fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
3 tablespoons organic fresh chives, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon organic black pepper



  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Once butter is melted, add turkey to the pan and cook until browned.
  4. As the turkey is cooking, separate stems from the mushroom caps.
  5. Chop the stems.
  6. Add the chopped stems to the turkey as it cooks.
  7. Place the mushroom caps on a baking tray.
  8. Set aside chopped parsley to use as garnish once the mushrooms have cooked.
  9. Add the remaining ingredients (except chopped parsley) to the turkey and stir until well combined.
  10. Remove the turkey mixture from the heat.
  11. Spoon a portion of the mixture in to each mushroom.
  12. Bake mushrooms for 20 minutes or until they begin to brown.
  13. Remove from oven when fully cooked.
  14. Plate, and serve warm.
  15. Enjoy!
