2 pounds organic ground turkey
1/2 cup Fiber Zone (Unflavored)
1/2 bunch organic parsley, chopped
1/2 organic yellow onion, diced
8 cloves organic garlic, minced
1/2 cup organic tomato paste
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
2 large organic or pasture-raised eggs
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 teaspoon organic black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Prepare a loaf pan with a coating of melted ghee or olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
- Mix until well combined
- Transfer the mixture in to the loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven.
- Allow loaf to rest for ten minutes.
- Remove from pan and slice.
