5 tablespoons organic lime juice, fresh squeezed
2 tablespoons organic olive oil
1 clove organic garlic, minced
6 ounces wild-caught salmon, cut into ½ inch pieces
1 organic avocado, cut into ½ inch pieces
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- Combine the lime juice, olive oil, and garlic in a large bowl.
- Add in the cut salmon, avocado, salt, and cilantro.
- Gently mix until well combined.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
