  • Drink a lot of water and add electrolytes.   • Look beyond the scale. Sometimes we lose “weight.” Other times we change our body composition and add muscle. In addition to the scale, consider your body composition. Use a simple flexible tape measure to measure your waist, chest, neck, and hips. Also, consider how clothes fit.
