1 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup coconut butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 scoop MCT powder
2 tablespoons almond butter
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Keto friendly sweetener of choice, to taste (optional)
- Combine all ingredients except for the coconut flakes.
- Pulse until the mixture is well combined.
- Scoop out about 1 tablespoon servings and use hands to roll in to a ball.
- Roll each ball in coconut flakes then place on a platter, in a storage container, or in a zip-lock bag.
