Are you ready to make changes and obtain a healthy weight?

Great!

You may have tried in the past, and you may have not had important tools to help you along the way. Here are our top 9 Keto Zone Products and Habits for a Healthy Weight. They include clear, concise plans, tips, products and more.

You’ve got the drive, now add the tools that will help you get there!

Best 9 Keto Zone Products & Habits to Meet Weight Goals the Month

1. A Clear & Easy Keto Plan

Sure, you can spend hours online searching for keto tips and recipes.

But especially if you’re just starting out with Keto Zone® eating, it is much easier to use an all-in-one guide.

You’re in luck. There’s one written specifically for a Keto Zone® lifestyle: Dr. Colbert’s Keto Zone Book.

From the beginning, you’ll get clear instruction on how to start a Keto Zone® lifestyle and reach a healthy weight. Not just philosophy or research (although it’s science-backed), but a complete plan.

2. MCT Oil and Fat Bombs

Medium Chain Triglycerides, or MCTs, are a special type of saturated fats that are digested easily and provide many health benefits in the body.

In fact, they aide in fat loss and energy production.

When MCT oil is obtained from foods like coconut oil, it is isolated and concentrated for maximum health benefits and a healthy weight.

MCT Oil is a must have product for your weight loss goals because it:

Supports Heart Health. Medium chain triglycerides have been shown to improve cholesterol profiles by decreasing LDL cholesterol, decreasing the number of LDL particles, and increasing HDL cholesterol (1, 2).

Helps the body burn fat. The most potent fatty acid in MCT oil is concentrated in MCT Oil Powder, and it helps your body burn fat as fuel rather than carbs (3,4).

Increases ketone production and provides amazing fuel for your brain. In fact, when using the Keto Zone diet, MCT Oil will help the body produce ketones quicker. Ketones can also boost mood.

Increases energy. Want more energy while losing fat? MCT Oil is easily digested and used by the energy-powerhouses of the cells as a sustained energy source (5).

Fortunately, there are 2 great ways to consume MCT Oil from the Keto Zone®. Try MCT Oil Softgels and MCT Oil Powder today. Many of these Keto Zone® Fat Bomb Recipes and Tips utilize MCT Oil!

3. Ketone Strips

When aiming for the Keto Zone®, you may want to know if you’re actually in ketosis or not. An easy and inexpensive way to know is by using Ketone Strips.

When your body is utilizing fat for energy and making ketones, they are detectable in your urine. By simply using a ketone strip, you can find out if ketones are present in mere seconds.

Ketone strips take the guesswork out of Keto Zone eating.

4. Easy Starter Tips

Want real-life tips from real-life Keto Zone users? Try these! We’ve gathered some of the most effective, inexpensive, easy tips to help you in your healthy weight journey.

These tips include daily habits, keto tips, and exercise.

They’ve done it, and so can you!

5. Food Diaries

As you’ll see from the real-life tips, food diaries and carbohydrate apps can really help.

A food diary is an amazing tool for any weight loss journey. Simply write down your intake. Use an app or other resource to become familiar with carbohydrate amounts in foods. To learn more about carbs and reading food labels, check out this post.

While there’s nothing magic about food diaries, they do help by:

Allowing for self-accountability

Adding up the grams of carbohydrates and seeing how that affects weight loss

Troubleshooting issues with weight loss, hunger, etc.

Keeping a record to repeat successes and avoiding challenges

It’s easy and free to keep an online food journal or simply a written one.

6. Add Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting is amazing for promoting overall health and healthy weights (5). And, it can be extremely motivating to jumpstart weight changes now.

An easy way to start intermittent fasting is to stop eating at 7:00 every night, and resume at 11:00 am every morning. Between waking up and eating at 11:00, you can have non-carb drinks such as coffee, coffee with MCT Oil and Hydrolyzed Collagen Powder, tea, or drinks that utilize healthy sugar substitutes (erythritol, stevia, etc.).

At 11:00 or so, eat a Keto lunch, and then eat your Keto dinner around 6:00. Between lunch and dinner add 1-2 Keto Zone snacks such as fat bombs or other healthy favorites.

7. Replacement Recipes for Your Favorite Foods

Do you miss some of your favorite foods? Do you crave them?

Why not replace them?

Your Keto Zone® food choices should not be boring or bland. In fact, you’ll likely find you don’t miss foods at all once you learn a few new recipes.

There are many amazingly satisfying recipes on this site. They include:

No-Bake Keto Zone Chocolate Almond Cookies

Keto Zone Lemon Curd

Keto Zone Cheesecake

In addition, the Quick and Healthy Keto Zone Cookbook is now available! And, you can find ample Keto Zone recipes here or on other Ketozone.com pages.

8. Daily, Weekly, and Overall Goals

Can you really change your weight in the next 6-8 weeks? You can. Set your goals now.

First, take time to set daily “habit goals.” These goals need to be action-based and in your control. For example:

I will fast from 7:00 pm to 11:00 am each day.

I will not eat more than 25 grams of net carbs per day.

Then, set weekly goals. These should also be in your control. They can include exercising 3 times per week, sticking to your daily eating goals each day, or journaling.

And lastly, set a goal overall for the next 6-8 weeks. Is your goal to lose 15 pounds? Set it and write it down.

Write all of these goals down and put the paper in a place you can read it when the going gets tough. It will keep you motivated to stay on track.

You can do it!

9. Support and Ongoing Challenges

Finding a supportive community is a big help on your weight loss journey.

First, you can find a lot of encouragement, tips, and Keto Zone recipes on this blog.

Next, consider joining the 21-Day Keto Zone Challenge. This challenge is the perfect way to get started, especially if you’re using the other tools listed above.

During the challenge, you’ll receive support and encouragement with blog posts, tips, and recipes.

Bonus: The Divine Health Keto Zone Starter Kit includes Dr. Colbert’s Keto Zone® book and many of the other must-have products listed above.

For Keto Zone dieters, Thanksgiving Day can feel like a nightmare. How are you supposed to stay in ketosis when you’re surrounded by unhealthy foods? The holiday ends up turning into a chore, only leading to either feeling miserable or giving up completely.

But believe it or not, you can make your entire Turkey Day meal keto-friendly! That’s right– the entire meal. From stuffing to pumpkin pie to leftovers, every top Keto Zone Thanksgiving recipe you need this year is down below.

1. Keto Zone Stuffing

Secret Ingredient: Keto Zone Thanksgiving Stuffing uses hemp heart seeds to replace the grains found in a typical stuffing recipe. These low-carb seeds offer amazing health benefits, like promoting anti-inflammatory processes, improving metabolic conditions, and providing a healthy dose of protein, vitamin E, and minerals. (1,2)

2. Keto Zone Green Bean Casserole

Green beans are very nutritious and can even go on to reduce your risk of chronic illnesses and cancer. (3) They’re easy to digest, aid bone health, and are a great keto-friendly vegetable to add to your diet. (4, 5) However, the standard green bean casserole recipe is loaded with ultra-processed soups and high carbs, diminishing its overall nutritional benefits.

Try this keto Healthy Green Bean Casserole recipe!

3. Keto Zone Thanksgiving Gravy

Unfortunately, most gravy recipes call for flour or starches as thickening agents, and although it makes for some thick gravy, those ingredients aren’t keto-approved. You’re in luck though! This Keto Zone Thanksgiving Gravy recipe uses chopped onion and egg yolks instead, and it tastes just as good. (If not better!)

4. Keto Zone Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

We all know potatoes are a no-go for keto, but this doesn’t mean you have to cut out your favorite side dish completely.

Alternatively, use cauliflower with this Keto Zone Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes recipe. Not only is it the perfect low-carb substitute, but it also includes a high fiber content that increases digestive health and helps weight loss. You definitely won’t be missing real potatoes anytime soon. (6,7,8)

5. Keto Zone Pumpkin Pie

To some, pumpkin pie is one of those staples that have to make it to the table, otherwise, it’s no Thanksgiving. However, it contains ingredients that can spike your blood sugar and knock you out of ketosis, ruining your fat-burning state.

Thankfully, the Keto Zone Pumpkin Pie recipe is here to save the day. With only 4 grams of carbohydrates per serving, you can still enjoy your favorite dessert without any nasty health concerns.

6. Keto Zone Carrot Cake

Fresh veggies, anyone? This Keto Zone Carrot Cake is a two for one: a delicious dessert with health benefits. If you’re not a pie fan, this should be your ultimate go-to sweet treat on Thanksgiving Day, as it only has 3.9 grams of carbs per serving and is made with freshly shredded carrots. You can even have it for breakfast!

7. Keto Zone Pecan Pie

Who would’ve thought a sugar-free, low-carb dessert could taste so good? Keto Zone Pecan Pie is made with keto-friendly sweeteners like xylitol or erythritol that add the yummy effect without sacrificing your carb intake for the day.

On top of that, pecans have health properties through the roof with benefits like improving Type 2 diabetes and heart well-being. (9,10)

8. Keto Zone Turkey Casserole

The leftovers after Thanksgiving Day are no joke. Everyone can agree that figuring out what to do with all of the extra food is a challenge, especially when you’re either trying to get back on track or continue on in ketosis.

Keto Zone Turkey Casserole is your solution. You won’t have to worry about throwing out turkey or staying in ketosis, because this casserole does it all. It’s brimming with healthy fats, high amounts of protein, and little to no carbohydrates. Perfect!

Bottom Line

Don’t let Turkey Day knock you out of ketosis. You’ve come too far to look back! Instead, stock up on keto-friendly Thanksgiving recipes like the ones listed above for a healthy, ketogenic holiday. No regrets!

Labor Day is a great day for picnics, and sandwiches are a must-have. But, if you’re in the Keto Zone, you may feel like you don’t have many sandwich options that are tasty, and stay low-carb. Today, you’re in luck! Here are 5 options for a Keto Sandwich or wrap with unique bread substitutes.

Unleash your Keto Zone sandwich creativity!

5 Tasty Keto Sandwich Options

1. Pickle Sandwiches

Pickles are delicious. And now, you can use them for bread! Simply take a large pickle and cut it in half or in fourths lengthwise. Use this long pickle for the bread of your new Keto Zone Hoagie! Fill it with delicious meats, cheese, avocados, vegetables, and more.

2. Portabella Bread for a Keto Sandwich

Portabella mushrooms are likely more useful and versatile than you think. They can be used for pizza crust, grilled veggies, and even sandwich bread!

Simply, choose the portobello mushroom caps that are the right size for your sandwiches, whether large ones or sliders. Next, clean the portobello mushroom caps by cutting off the step and scraping out the “gills” with a small spoon. You’ll be left with a shell perfect to use as bread. Lastly, dry-roast the portabellas and make them crispy. Follow these instructions:

Place cleaned and dry mushroom caps directly on a clean oven rack.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until tender (they will steam and generate natural juices).

Remove the caps from the oven and immediately season with salt and pepper.

Use the cooled portabellas and build your favorite Keto Zone sandwich!

3. Lettuce Wraps

Lettuce wraps have become a bit cliche, but they are still a great option for whatever sandwich your building whether a burger, a deli sandwich, or otherwise.

The key to a good lettuce wrap is using a large, strong leaf, like romaine. Make sure to wash it well, and dry completely. Then, fill it with your favorite keto sandwich fillings.

4. Nori Wraps

Nori wraps are simply dried seaweed. They are what’s used for sushi rolls, and can now be found in most grocery stores. You can use these paper-thin wraps to wrap meats, soft vegetables, smoked salmon, and more. Stuff them with avocados, turkey, and spouts for a delicious option!

What’s more, seaweed and nori are great for your health.

They contain natural iodine that supports thyroid health.

They also contain antioxidant vitamins, including vitamins A, C, and E. These antioxidants hep protect your body from free radical damage (1, 2).

Additionally, seaweed contains fiber, which supports digestive health (3).

As a caution, don’t overdo it with eating seaweed. It is possible to get too much iodine and heavy metals from the ocean, so just keep it in moderation and use a variety of keto sandwich options.

5. Homemade or Commercial Keto Breads, Tortillas, and Wraps

Of course, you could also bake your own keto bread, tortillas, or wraps. Or, if you’ve mastered keto waffles, they make fantastic keto sandwich bread!

To bake your own, try these:

Best Ever Keto Zone Waffles

Keto Zone Sandwich Bread

Or you can buy keto products. If buying, just beware of harmful ingredients found in commercial products (whether keto or not). Avoid:

Wheat or grain flours (whole grain and refined). These are high in carbs (much too high to stay in the Keto Zone) and are not tolerated well by many people.

Partially hydrogenated oils. These processed oils are associated with inflammation, many chronic diseases, and unhealthy cholesterol levels. What’s more, animal studies indicated that processed hydrogenated oils are detrimental to our healthy gut bacteria (4).

Soybean Oil. Soybean oil is another processed cheap, concentrated form of omega-6 fatty acids. They compete with anti-inflammatory omega-3 fats to promote inflammation in the body. They are linked to metabolic health issues (5).

Preservatives. Homemade foods are generally made without harmful, chemical preservatives. Commercial foods, on the other hand, are often loaded with them. Avoid buying foods with Sodium Propionate (an antifungal drug that can also work as an antibiotic (6)) and Sodium Metabisulfite (has a long history of possibly causing breathing reactions and irritated tissues when handled (7)). Unfortunately, these preservatives are found within many “health” foods.

Bottom Line

You don’t have to go to a Labor Day picnic sandwich-less. You can make a delicious keto sandwich or wrap with fun ingredients, and stay in the Keto Zone!

Are you ready for one of the most versatile and delicious keto recipes you have ever seen?

This keto cauliflower rice recipe is a perfect side dish and a great base for a whole meal in and of itself!

Most fried rice is loaded with starchy carbs and relatively devoid of fiber. Using cauliflower instead of white rice adds tons of fiber and nutrition while keeping this recipe keto friendly!

Already packed with protein from pasture-raised eggs, you can add chicken or beef to make this a main course for lunch or dinner!

You can also add extra vegetables like peas, broccoli, and bell pepper for even more nutrition and flavor!

Here is the base recipe, experiment with different flavors and share your results in the comments below!

Ingredients:

1 medium head organic cauliflower, riced
1 tablespoon avocado oil
3 pasture-raised eggs
Sea salt, to taste
Organic black pepper, to taste
1/2 organic onion, diced fine
1/4 cup organic carrots, chopped
2 organic garlic cloves, minced
5 organic green onions, diced
3 tbsp coconut aminos

Instructions:

Using a knife, remove the core from the cauliflower.

Roughly chop cauliflower in to florets.

Place cauliflower in to a food processor and pule until a rice-like consistency is reached. Be careful not to over process cauliflower.

Add eggs and salt to a small bowl and whisk until well combined.

Add avocado oil to a skillet over medium heat.

Add the onions, carrots and garlic to the pan and saute for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until veggies are soft.

Turn heat up to medium-high.

Mix in riced cauliflower and coconut aminos.

Stir until cauliflower begins to brown.

Add the egg and scramble until cooked through.

Remove from heat and mix in green onions.

Season with more sea salt and black pepper.

Serve warm and enjoy!

It can be hard to give up comfort food items when going on a ketogenic diet.

Luckily, pretty much every food you love can be re-created to be keto friendly!

Pancakes are no exception.

This grain-free pancake recipe uses coconut flour so that it is low enough in carbs to keep you in the Keto Zone!

By using coconut milk and coconut oil it can also be made dairy-free.

These pancakes are a delicious clean eating treat that the whole family will love!

Ingredients

4 organic/free-range eggs
1 cup organic coconut milk (can also use organic cow or goat milk)
2 teaspoons organic vanilla extract
1 tablespoon keto sweetener of choice
1/2 cup organic coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
coconut oil, butter, or ghee as a cooking oil

Directions

Preheat large frying pan or griddle over medium heat.

Crack eggs in to a small bowl.

Use a whisk to beat the eggs until they begin to froth.

Add in vanilla, milk, and sweetener of choice and continue to whisk until well combined.

In a medium-sized bowl add dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and sea salt) and whisk together.

Slowly add wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients whisking until well combined.

Add about 2 tablespoons of oil in to your preheated pan.

Carefully pour about 3 tablespoons of batter into the pan for each pancake.

The pancakes should be around 3 inches in diameter and relatively thick.

Cook the pancakes about 3 minutes on each side.

Set each cooked pancake aside on a plate and add more oil to the pan if necessary until all the batter is used.

Serve with butter, coconut butter, coconut flakes, or other low-carb toppings!
